據英國每日電訊報報導,美國耶魯大學科學家提出食物營養指標,可能對食物營養標示起了革命性改變,同時讓注重健康的消費者不再無所適從。以下是部分食物的營養品質指標,得分從1到100分,分數愈高表示食物的營養品質愈高。
